The staff was friendly and helpful. I found the location great. It was an easy walk to the north pier area. I liked I managed to park on the free parking in front of the hotel. The hotel was cosy and warm during my February visit.
The lift was not working, so it was unsuitable for disabled guests.

The first morning breakfast was busy. I couldn't find a place to sit, but they got a table for two. My grandson had to sit on my lap. On day two, they found our names, so we sat in the window.

I found parking quite convenient. the staff was really cute and accommodating. the view from my room was a bonus. I could see the sea. breakfast was also satisfactory with a decent selection.
The signage within the hotel could be a bit confusing. I got lost once, trying to find my room.
